Community Options, Inc. is a private, non-profit agency that provides Employment and Day services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities living in Hampshire, Hampden, and Franklin counties of Western Massachusetts.
PACE
Promoting Art, Creativity, and Employment is our community-based day service that supports people who have just finished school, temporarily unemployed, in between jobs, or retired.
Employment
Vocational Counselors work diligently with indivduals to find jobs which match a their preferences and abilities; utilizing natural supports that come from supervisors and co-workers on the job.
Rannsaka
Our retail store that includes the work of local artists and craftsmen, consignment items, antiques and work made in the shop. All the services provided by Community Options.
Lawncare
The Lawn care crew provides employment and valuable work experience to those people just entering the work force and as a stepping stone to greater employment.
